Senior Accounts Executive

Responsibilities

Supahands is looking for a team mate who’s highly driven and enthusiastic with an analytical personality to join our team at our office at The Vertical, Bangsar South. As a startup, our biggest asset is our people and we go to great lengths to ensure you are one who has the same passion we feel for the business vision and values.

 

The Senior Accounts Executive will be responsible for the day to day accounting operations of the company, to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and implementing a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results.

 

You will need a high knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks and enjoys forecasting, financial modeling, budgeting and analysing of data. You will work alongside the other departments and will report to the CEO.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Performing full spectrum of General Ledger functions to maintain full sets of accounts
  • Preparing Monthly Payroll including statutory payments
  • Making payments to all suppliers and payroll
  • Generating Invoices
  • Performing monthly closing of accounts and variance analysis
  • Drafting annual audited accounts
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary and bankers
  • Assist in preparation of yearly budget and forecast and perform financial analysis for the CEO 
  • Preparation of tax and deferred tax computation for GST and submission
  • Maintaining the fixed asset register 
  • Estimate forecast profitability
