Responsibilities

Any role in HR and People Operations isn’t for the ordinary. As a recruiter, you will play a vital role to the team and work closely with hiring managers to fuel growth with extraordinary talent. This position demands an uncommon balance of creativity and drive, along with interpersonal savvy and a real passion for contributing to the building of a disruptive technology startups.

What you'll do:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment life-cycle, acting as a key business partner for hiring matters
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define and develop vacancy requirements and hiring strategies
  • Optimise recruitment processes and developing innovative strategies
  • Manage candidate process and act as a candidate advocate. Evaluate skill level, manage offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation and offer acceptance/declines. Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring manager, senior management, and other groups as necessary.
  • Ensure that vacancies are advertised on the correct channels, including the management of social media platforms and career page
  • Screen applicants' CVs, conducting telephone and skype interviews as well as leading face-to-face interviews with the department's respective managers
  • Train hiring managers on interview best practices as well as coaching them through the offer process
  • Lead advanced direct search efforts for hard to fill vacancies and event networking to maintain a pipeline of talent for future vacancy growth
  • Mentoring junior members of the local HR/Recruitment teams along with hiring managers to  drive a culture of knowledge sharing and transparency
  • Passion for improving the customer experience with customers broadly defined as candidates, new hires, hiring managers and recruiters.

 

Requirements

  • At least 1-4 years experience in full life-cycle recruitment, ideally with a background in agency or a high performance environment
  • The drive and ambition to work towards demanding business growth objectives
  • A thirst for constant innovation in recruiting techniques, best practices and sourcing technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of empathy 
  • Highly assertive, able to work independently, capable enough to source multiple pipeline, use multiple channels
  • The ability to work autonomously with initiative and confidence
  • Fluency in the English language and Bahasa Indonesia. Any other languages will be advantageous
