UberEATS Malaysia is looking for ambitious, tenacious and self-driven Restaurants Partnerships Representatives!


This is the perfect platform to develop, nurture and leverage your sales skills in order to help expand the ever-growing collection of awesome F&B options that are being added daily to the UberEATS platform.


You will be responsible for approaching potential restaurant partners, highlighting the value of partnering with UberEATS and how this will help increase their revenue and marketing exposure.

This is not a desk-job. You must be an individual with an outgoing personality, good social skills and a firm interest in meeting new people.


Someone that is comfortable with using various sales approaches to get the deal across the line. Confident to communicate via different forums such as physical meetings, cold-calls, email and spontaneous interactions.

The Role

  • Leverage prospecting skills and relationships to build partnerships with restaurants interested in UberEATS, primarily through phone calls & emails

  • Manage contract negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with our restaurant partners, including sustainable economics for both parties

  • Clearly communicate the value of Uber and its newest products to prospects

The Responsibility

  • Hit weekly/monthly cadence of sales activities (calls & emails)

  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals

  • Partner with our onboarding teams to smoothly activate the best restaurants

  • Help us identify and build best practices for your sales team and others

  • Act as an ambassador of UberEATS mission, brand, and product

  • Communicate constantly with prospects via email and phone


  • Exceptional listening, communication and organizational skills.

  • Proven ability to multi-task and follow through while paying strict attention to detail

  • Coachability, interest in implementing feedback, and dedication to improvement of your craft

  • Genuine curiosity about people and business and a passion for UberEATS and food

  • An infectiously positive attitude and drive to win; hustle and determination
