Special eCommerce Hero (Customer Service & Operations)

Founded in Oct 2015, we are an e-Commerce startup that aims to introduce the best Malaysian e-juices to the world. While we have already shipped to many countries across Asia, Europe, Middle East and the Americas, we know that there's still a lot of ground to cover! If you're passionate about vaping and want to play a role in our expansion, we want you. Fast growing business, we had 2 employees in Jan 2017 and we now have a team of 8 people in Oct 2017!


We are a growing team that needs a ton of help from an eCommerce whiz! 

The job responsibilities include (but aren't limited to)

- Ensuring smooth e-commerce operations
- Customer service & fulfilment
- Ensuring all orders are duly fulfilled
- Inventory management
- Uploading & managing products
- Managing packers and packaging materials
- Systems administration (Shopify)
- Assisting the team with daily operations and miscelleanous tasks 


- Great attention to detail
- Have front-facing experience in a retail environment / remote customer service
- Highly organized
- Must have own car for delivering products to Pos Malaysia outlets (allowance provided)
- Willing to learn
- Fun-loving and friendly
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit
- Fluent in English

Plus points

- Good with managing people

- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Shopify etc
