Responsibilities is the #1 online education resource center in the Philippines. We are an EdTech social enterprise that helps students discover career paths, search for senior high school and college courses, then apply to them directly online. Launched a few years ago, we already have over 330 signed up campuses. We are looking for an Account Manager (International Accounts) who shall perform the following:


Job Description

  • Manage existing client base of foreign & internationally-oriented schools (SHS, Colleges, tech-voc schools, etc.).
  • Uncover needs and determine, in consultation with the client, the best solutions for each account based on a customer needs analysis.
  • Identify and develop upsell opportunities by best matching customer’s goals and unique scenarios to the Study Abroad services.
  • Own the new customer onboarding process (profile page set up and configuration, page usage training, and customer marketing planning).
  • Periodically review customer product usage and develop and execute appropriate efforts to drive use.
  • Work with Junior Digital Marketing Specialist in planning the marketing campaigns for all clients.
  • Respond to all client inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Regularly update clients on product improvements and features.
  • Prepare weekly account management report and recommendation.
  • Support clients during educational events and fairs.
  • Manage local coordination and communication for existing clients.
  • Occasionally coordinate and participate in events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Report and coordinate with the Product Team on website bugs.
  • Develop a toolkit to educate clients on the Philippines market for international education and users.


  • Minimum Qualifications

    ·         Bachelor's Degree of any program

    ·         Approximately 1-2 years of account management experience

    ·         Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)

    ·         Driven, proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, work well independently, willing to learn

    ·         Flexible working hours depending on clients’ time zone


    Desired Experience/Competencies

    ·         Passionate about studying abroad / internationally-oriented education!

    ·         Business development experience (ideally institutional/B2B)

    ·         High-impact presentation skills

    ·         Entrepreneurial attitude

    ·         Comfortable working with foreign/international partners
