Responsibilities is the #1 online education resource center in the Philippines. We are an EdTech social enterprise that helps students discover career paths, search for senior high school and college courses, then apply to them directly online. Launched a few years ago, we already have over 330 signed up campuses. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who shall perform the following:


Job Responsibilities


·         Developing, managing and designing layouts of communications such as online marketing ads, surveys, and newsletters.

·         Consistently maintain a content calendar for all digital marketing channels (Facebook, Instagram, Blog)

·         Planning, development and execution of digital programs and campaigns for each client, including online advertising, website strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables.

·         Interfacing with and managing writers to produce original and engaging contents.

·         Leading ongoing management of digital touch points, including clients’ profile pages and social networking landing pages, and mobile.

·         Managing campaign budgets and schedules.

·         Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting. Knowledge of SEO meta tagging.

·         Use Google Analytics and other analytical programs to report website user statistics monthly. Prepare report of advertising campaign results for each client.

·         Coordinate with the Head of Growth to ensure effective keyword targeting and profile page structure for each client.

·         Presenting recommendations to Head of Study Abroad and Head of Growth.

·         Occasional support to Study Abroad team for external-facing meetings, events, etc.



Job Specifications


•    At least 1-2 years experience in digital marketing

•    Experience within a similar role in an advertising agency environment – highly desirable

•    Good working knowledge in Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and WordPress

•    Good working experience in social media marketing and email marketing

•    A proven track record in delivering high performance marketing strategies for a range of clients

•    Portfolio of ad campaigns and marketing collaterals managed.
