Responsibilities

  • Own overall relationship with assigned customers, which include: increasing adoption, driving usage, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
  • Establish a trusted / strategic advisor relationship with each assigned customer and drive continued value of our products and services.
  • Engage regular seminar for potential customers to introduce company product and services and drive user acquisition.
  • Work with customers to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals.
  • Facilitate a quarterly Executive Business Review to review goals, progress and opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs / issues and connect on priorities.
  • Program manage account escalations.

Requirements

  • A good diploma / degree in Business or Marketing or other related discipline.
  • 3 years of relevant work experience with product, partnership, or business development in financial or technology companies.
  • Experience in brokerage / securities industry.
  • Desire to work in a startup environment, with proactive mindset and minimum need for supervision.
  • Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Demonstrates a strong drive for efficiency, resolving problems and getting the work done in a timely, quality-focused manner.
  • Flexible and adaptable to work in a high-paced growth environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
