Responsibilities

  • Handle customers’ enquiries, complaints and feedbacks across all business channels
  • Manage all corporate customers and intermediary interactions in tandem with the desired service standards signatory of foodpanda and its unified loyalty platform
  • To work closely with the Corporate team to refine users experience and integrate solutions
  • Maintain positive business relationships with corporate customers’ key personnels

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, confident personality and ability to understand clients’ needs
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced Diploma
  • At least 1-2 years of proven success in a sales/business development environment
  • Able to start immediately will be an added advantage
