We are an unique enrichment and retail center situated at Liang Court for children age 5-16 and adults that teaches LEGO Robotics and Invention Making.

We also carry many creative and innovative toys and robotic kits such as Legos, Snap Circuits, Arduino, Ollo, Bioloids, Smart Games and more.

 

Objectives

We recognize the needs of developing life-ready competencies in face of this increasingly globalized, complex and media-saturated society.

Our programs aim to instil our students with these core competencies: Creative and Inventive Thinking, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, and Cross-Cultural Communication.

The desired outcome will be a successful inventor and entrepreneur who pursues lifelong learning and contributes actively to the society.

Responsibilities

For Temporary Positions

  • Must be able to commit during local school holiday period from 20 Nov to 31 Dec 2017, 10am to 3pm/5pm. Preference will be given to candidates who can commit all days during the period and or with LEGO Robotics/teaching experience.
  • Must be available for trainings prior to start date.

 

For Part Time Weekend Positions

  • Must be available to teach at least one weekend (saturday/sunday) per week. 
  • Must be available for trainings prior to start date.

 

For Freelance/Contract Positions

  • Must be available to teach on weekdays. 
  • Must be available for trainings prior to start date.
  •  

For Internship Positions

  • Must be available to work on weekends. 
  • University students with study fields in education/engineering/IT/computing preferred.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • To prepare and teach enrichment lego robotics/invention/drone/STEAM/coding programs.
  • To handle customer enquiries and other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

  • Preferably candidates with related certificates/experience in LEGO Robotics/mechanical or mechantronics engineering/teaching/training/education. All including Diploma/University students on vacation are welcome to apply.
  • Must love children, able to build rapport and engage with them.
  • Must be patient, proactive & able to work independently.
  • Able to communicate well in English.
