MARKET MANAGER - USA and Australia Market

Be the face of HotelQuickly working with direct hotel partners ensuring their success through HotelQuickly distribution channel. Ensuring best rates, availability, promotional offers, and hotel content that customers are looking for are the bases of this job. You will be working with hotels in the destination that you are physically locating in as well as other hotels globally.

What you’ll do

  • Work with regional and international hotels of your account management portfolio:
  • Develop and maintain new and existing relationships with HotelQuickly’s hotel partners ensuring that partners are managed with the highest level of diligence.
  • Contracting new hotels that meet HQ’s high quality of standard and appeal to our customers.
  • Securing high commission rates for new hotels and re-negotiating commission rates for high-production hotels.
  • Negotiating generic and exclusive discounts for key hotels on our platform to ensure our customers are getting the best possible deals.
  • Managing and expanding room availability for hotels in your established book of business.


What we’re looking for in you

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in an evolving and ever changing environment without the structure and rules associated with larger, more established enterprises
  • Experience in business development, marketing, hospitality or sales; 2+ years’ experience at a travel agent a strong plus.
  • Excellent relationship building, account management and interpersonal skills
  • Great time management skills, ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Knowledge of Hotel Revenue Management for all distribution channel.
  • Fluent in English and a second language, verbal and written communication skills
  • American and Australian.
