Responsibilities

iPrice Group is Southeast Asia’s No1 and fastest-growing price comparison site, with hundreds of millions of products across seven markets. With an international team of more than 120 people we have amassed a database of more than 1300 partners and reach more than 10 million shoppers.

If you're looking for a hands-on internship, this could be perfect for you. We are looking for a dedicated, smart go-getter who's willing to dig in and learn while doing so. You'll learn the ins and outs of quality customer service, participate in training activities and most of all - you'll learn the business. Nobody will make you photocopy documents or waste your time on meaningless tasks. You will also work closely with our Special Project Manager to strengthen brand preference, improve customer experience and boost revenue with incremental sales from existing customers and new customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing first level contact and convey resolutions to customer queries on iPrice Live Chat
  • Properly escalating unresolved queries to the next level of support
  • Tracking, routing and redirecting problems to correct resources
  • Documenting and logging queries and problems encountered
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Taking the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements

  • Has excellent communication skills (verbal and written English)
  • Has troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Has great attention to details
  • You are patient, empathetic and passionate in engaging with customers
  • Has sense of urgency – quick in providing response and resolution to customers
  • Has strong desire to gain further understanding in customer experience management
  • Possible to start internship immediately
