Senior Business Development Manager

As a Senior Business Development Manager, your primary role will be to grow 2359’s market presence in Singapore and develop new partnerships. This is a key role where you help 2359 Media to fuel its B2B pipeline and you will be working closely with our Chief Consulting Officer.

Job Responsibilities

  • Understanding client businesses and sell to them how 2359 Media can help them meet their business objectives through emerging technologies, design and process innovation

  • Fostering strong stakeholder relations with potential clientele while maintaining relationships and networking with industry players and existing clientele

  • Take ownership of your entire sales cycle, ensuring sales KPIs are met.

  • Generate sale leads through development, planning, execution and delivery of marketing solutions and strategies, actively driving campaigns to cross-sell and up-sell.

  • Facilitate the consultation and sales process by coming up with decks, proposals, and other documentation or materials as required.


Job Specifications

  • Passion for technology and how it can solve real world problems

  • To be an independent and resourceful team player with a genuine enthusiasm for providing excellent support to the team and potential clients

  • Creativity and resourcefulness in generating content

  • Excellent networking, communication, negotiation and persuasion skills

Candidates with 2-3 years of experience, especially in a related field or industry, are preferred.
