  • Preparation of general ledger journal entries and monthly accruals
  • Monthly bank reconciliation and administered online banking functions
  • Preparation of invoices and monitoring of collections based contracts and payment terms agreed upon by the client and handling queries, billing issues and claims from customers
  • Manage payroll functions, preparation and submission of employees income tax
  • Assume responsibility for resolving outstanding balance sheet items, including payroll, suspense and accruals related accounts
  • Review and analyse expense accounts, including journal entries for accrual preparation before month end close
  • Reconciliation of accounts on a monthly basis and preparation financial reports, including Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flows, and year-end financial reports
  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
  • Responsible for the full sets of account for the company, and ensure that month end closing as well as the financial reporting are prepared in a timely manner by closely working with staff and management on finance related matters
  • Submission of PIC and GST on a timely manner
  • Coordinate with CFO, auditor and tax agent for accounts related matters

This role will be evaluated on

  • Ability to provide timely and accurate monthly financial reports with minimal errors
  • Identifying and advising on possible controls to ensure efficiency in financial processes and reporting
  • Ability to communicate reports and handle discussions/suggestions to internal and external stakeholders


  • Hands on experience on Financial Accounting/ Reporting and handling full set of accounts
  • Conversant in Singapore Accounting Standard Standards (SAS),
