Presales Analyst Consultant

Plexure specialises in providing companies with consultancy and deployment of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for firms of all industries and sizes (from small and medium enterprises to multi-national corporations). Based on our years of experience working with clients through their Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), we work hand in hand with clients to ensure that their new software initiatives culminate effectively in the practical implementation of bespoke systems customized and fine-tuned for the varying needs of their business. As part of our business expansion plan, our company is seeking suitable candidates with enthusiasm and dynamic personality to join us.



  • Identify, understand and define prospective client needs, objectives and business requirements, articulate the features and benefits of cloud-based solutions
  • Conduct sales consultancy presentations through face to face meetings with clients
  • Manage, monitor, and/or perform solution evaluations and Proofs-of-Concept in support of sales opportunities.
  • Provide business consultancy services through analysis of business processes and recommendation of technology solutions to drive process optimisation
  • Gather and elicit customer requirements; assess, analyse, construct and propose appropriate solution/software to meet customer requirements
  • Prepare cost estimates, technical proposals and solution tenders based on client’s requirements
  • Provide technical answers to questions arising from RFI (Request for Information) or RFP (Request for Proposal) or RFQ (Request for Quotation)
  • Manage and ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Track project milestones and provide regular progress reports to Project Director
  • Conduct product training sessions with clients in the project delivery phase



  • Min Diploma/Degree in Business Informatics / Business Information Technology / Financial Informatics / Information Technology / Management Information System or equivalent
  • Min. 1 year of working experience in system programming / development or in similar working capacity is strong preferred
  • Product training and sponsored certification courses (SAP, Microsoft & Salesforce) will be provided
  • Quick to absorb and analyse business processes and operational information
  • Must be well-organized, well groomed & possesses pleasant disposition
  • Excellent command in written and verbal English and Chinese (Mandarin) is a must as required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Possess good analytical and planning aptitude
  • Pleasant personality, with excellent organizational and prioritizing skills
  • Able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision to ensure project delivery deadline
