Sales Manager

This is a revenue-focused role reporting directly to the Head of Sales, that will play a continued role in the growth of Helpster’s business in Indonesia.  As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for hunting leads, organizing sales visits, demonstrating/presenting products to customers, and generally establishing new business opportunities to align with the company's marketing initiatives. This position is responsible for being the primary relationship manager and ensuring client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving monthly and yearly revenue targets
  • Provide report to record revenue and customer relationship progress.
  • Obtain solution for customer requirement or issue new product enhancement in order to upgrade service standard and to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Focus on closing enterprise and premium clients with higher volume deals
  • Maintain strong pipeline of enterprise prospects
  • Sales pitching and presenting products to customers
  • Organizing sales visits, attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings
  • Identify new market and business opportunities


Key Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor degree
  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in a startup environment
  • Proven track record doing ‘Solution sales’ preferably with HR tech solutions
  • Have capability to build and maintain professional relationship with potential clients
  • Strong planning, organizing, negotiation and presentation skill
  • Fast learner, creative and well organized
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa
  • Ability to think for yourself, work independently, and work hard
  • Target driven, resilient, with a strong work ethic
