Responsibilities

ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to provide product/services information and resolve any problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.  The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.  The Operations Executive will interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling Incoming and Outgoing calls including Live Chat/Email/Phone
  • Deliver professional customer service to all customers
  • Perform customer verifications and set up new customer accounts
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Record customer interactions and transactions
  • Meet individual and overall Customer Service KPI

Requirements

Key requirements:

  • Strong interest in working in a dynamic start-up company environment
  • Strong interest in working in a customer service and support environment
  • Customer oriented mindset
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer support or call center role
  • Available to work in shift
  • Excellent communication and customer interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Bahasa with good English language skills
