Ad Operations Lead

Responsibilities

 

  • Plan, strategize and direct the digital business of company’s products in the Philippines and work with affiliate companies to promote the products
  • Works and Liaise closely with the leading e-commerce business partners for promotional activities on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Implement strategy to leverage multiple direct channels, creating value and competitive advantages in our target markets to deliver a truly differentiated service proposition.
  • Develop and enhance business relationship with Strategic business partners in view of promoting the company’s e-commerce to new business partners and payee corporations
  • The role will be reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing SEA and Managing Director for APAC.
  • Monitor various DSPs, SSPs and other Social media platforms and identify opportunities
  • Develop resources and operating procedures to ensure after sales support that exceeds customer’s expectations.
  • Develop annual digital business plan, medium-term operating and financial plans and drive the organization to achieve those plans.
  • Plan and establish operational budgets and ensure budgeted goals are achieved

Requirements

  • Digitally savvy with in-depth knowledge of Internet Technology, Digital Media and Website Management and substantial experience in Online Marketing, implementing multi-channel
    • (online/mobile) technology solutions including online and mobile integration, analytics, social CRM system, content management and big data management
  • Preferably experience in global online / e-commerce marketplaces
  • Good project management skills to execute initiatives
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills to engage high level stakeholders
  • Digital certifications in AdWords, DoubleClick Bid Manager, Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
