Administrative Executive (Up to $2200, 5 days)

Administrative Executive (Up to $2200, 5 days)


  • Handle phone calls and general inquiries
  • Data-entry/ Finance related administrative tasks
  • Handle Petty cash, able to issue cheques and process claims
  • Provide Assistance to Admin and Finance Manager
  • Attend to walk-in showroom customers at times, sales experiences are a bonus.
  • Handle all courier and deliveries
  • General Admin duties and miscellaneous tasks 
  • In charge of keeping the office in order, ordering of pantry and stationeries



  • Minimum 'N' Levels or NITEC education
  • Organised, independent, systematic
  • Bright, energetic, driven individuals, possess a high level of responsibility

-Singaporeans only, mandarin speaking to liaise with mandarin speaking customers
-Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
-Good command of English (Oral and written)

Location: Bendemeer/Boon Keng
Working hours: 11am-8pm 
Required to work on Saturdays, flexible weekday schedule

Pay: Up to $2200/mth (With incentives based on performance)
Start date: As soon as possible
