Admin Assistant - Full Time

We are an education service company from Australia with a support office in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

We are looking for a experienced Admin Assistant whose responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You role is designed to support the Education Coordinators through a variety of tasks related to the organisation. The job scope includes communicating via email and Skype and ensuring that all administrative duties are completed and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.


Daily activities:

  • Provide HR support by managing Job Boards
  • Checking eligibility of potential student candidates
  • Produce and distribute email correspondence
  • Assist in the preparation of reports
  • Maintain a filing system and CRM system
  • Assist with data collection when needed.


The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Speak fluent English (Manager only speaks English)
  • Must have accurate and fast typing skills
  • Proven admin or assistant experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Salary: RM 2000 - 2500 per month depending on your experience, plus commission.
