Inside Sales Intern

Gnowbe is a mobile 1st, web-enabled, micro-learning app designed specifically for behaviour change that delivers business impact. We aspire to revolutionise corporate education through transformational learning - available anytime, anywhere. We serve clients globally from our 2 offices based in San Francisco and Singapore.

This is a fast-paced, dynamic, flexible role focused on supporting the marketing and sales team in prospecting and nurturing leads and signing up new clients to Gnowbe with a focus on the APAC region. 

We are looking for someone who is energised by communicating and working cross-functionally with teams across Gnowbe. We are a global team so we invite people who want to be part of a truly cross-cultural team to join us.

This is a role for someone who loves to touch all aspects of marketing and sales. You should be entrepreneurial by nature and willing to do whatever it takes to make this company a success!

Key tasks:

  • Propecting and nurturing potential clients via channels such as phone, emails, coffee chat, etc
  • Following up with inbound and outbound leads
  • Maintain and track client meetings in the CRM system
  • Providing weekly data and reports to help the marketing and sales team  
  • Support Marketing and Sales team for ad-hoc tasks 

Requirements

  • Flexible, curious, tech savvy, dependable and customer-centric
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Excellent relationship building and people skills
  • Proactive attitude with desire to learn about software systems, CRM and apps

  • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Desire to work in the Education Technology industry
  • Current undergrad or MBA students with an interest to build a sales/marketing career 
  • Previous experience in sales, sales ops or marketing is a plus
  • Minimum 3 months commitment
