Customer Success Representative

Plato is Singapore's most popular web-based Clinic Management Software and Electronic Medical Records System. It is a beautiful, simple, easy to use product that automates the work of both doctors and staff, letting them focus on what matters: their patients.

As a customer success representative, you'll be working directly with Plato customers to encourage the adoption of Plato’s complete feature set. You will also play a critical role in onboarding new clients and getting them started on the software. Finally, you will help build out tutorials and guides to teach users mastery of Plato. Customer success is different from customer service - you will be a teacher and consultant ensuring clients realise Plato's full value. Customer service will instead be handled by Plato's frontline customer service team.

Your day-to-day might involve onboarding a client onto Plato, meeting a couple of other clients to show them features and automation tools, and then creating a video or written tutorial to increase feature adoption in Plato. 

Plato will be a great place to build your skills as well: we will teach you how to build courses, work with new tools, and the basics of working on a subscription software team. Our goal is that you and your skills grow as Plato grows. 


We're looking for strong communicators who have have a background in account management, customer success, customer service, or teaching.

  • Previous experience doing account management or customer success strongly preferred. Experience in teaching or training is also a plus. 
  • Degree preferred. Background in design, education, IT, or business preferred (but not required). 
  • Excellent visual, spoken, and written communication skills. Please show us examples of your skill set in your application. We would love to see any white papers you’ve written in the past.
  • Experience using Google Apps, Asana, Powerpoint/InDesign, Photoshop preferred, but not necessary.
  • Previous experience working with a tech product preferred.
  • Excellent time management – you will be balancing meetings and content creation.
