Customer Service Representative

Plato is Singapore's most popular web-based Clinic Management Software and Electronic Medical Records System. It is a beautiful, simple, easy to use product that automates the work of both doctors and staff, letting them focus on what matters: their patients.

Responsibilities

You will be managing incoming client calls and chat messages - clients will have quick questions on how to use Plato's software, and you will be the first point of contact to manage their queries. You will need to be an exceptional listener, cheerful, diligent, and calm. Plato has an extensive help guide - you will be able to use that to teach customers how to use the software correctly. 

If you are a fresh grad looking for a position, Plato will teach you about customer service, startups, and SaaS. 

Requirements

  • Business or technical degree preferred, but if you have experience that's also a plus.
  • Experience required: If you’ve provided customer support for a technical product in the past, we’d love to work with you.
  • Great presence on the phone and active listening.
  • Background working in tech environments or providing customer support for a tech product.
  • Ability to work well and think quickly when under pressure.
  • You absolutely must be a good problem solver and comfortable with computers. 

Salary

3000 - 3500 SGD
