Customer Service Operations

Responsibilities

a. Managing day-to-day communication for both inquiries and complaints from customers and potential customers

b. Handle  administrative duties related with customers

c. Involve in every Operations activities and ensure the Operations work properly

d. Taking care incoming / outgoing letters, vendors and partners management and general affairs

e. Ad - hoc duties assigned by Head of Operations and Co - Founders

Requirements

1. Diploma / Bachelors Degree

2. Good Analytical Thinking

3. Creative (Out of the Box Ideas)

4. Had a great initiatives and observation skill

5. Effective Communication Skill in Bahasa and English

6. Able to work well independently and within a team
