About Oddle 

Oddle’s mission is to empower F&B businesses to grow their business by going online in order to deliver greater choice and convenience to consumers. This role will be part of the MaaS Execution Team, which is focused on supporting our merchant clients who wish to sell better online and achieve business growth.

The Digital Marketing Executive’s aim is to help Oddle’s merchant clients maximise sales through performance marketing strategies that match merchant client objectives and by promoting their products and services.

They will also be responsible for working directly with our Customer Success team to help merchant clients understand their business better and educate them on how to improve their online performance. 

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and critical thinking skills and a passion for generating data-based insights. They should have talent for crafting intuitive marketing campaigns for the merchant clients based on data insights. This role will challenge the candidate to not only provide strategic direction to merchant clients on their marketing efforts, but also to develop strategic insights into marketing on the Oddle platform.

What you will do:

  • Conduct research on merchant client’s core business and audience demographics and plan digital marketing strategies and budget around this research.
  • Writing and proofreading creative copy.
  • Liaise with Graphic Designer to create optimal, performance driven creatives for merchant clients’ campaigns.
  • Execute digital marketing strategies for merchant clients.
  • Monitor and optimise digital campaign performances by looking at analytics and coming up with appropriate courses of action.
  • Liaise with the account managers from Customer Success to understand the needs of the merchant client and secure necessary brand assets.
  • Analyse performance for insights and trends and prepare external performance report for merchant clients’ review.
  • Maintain and upkeep administrative records to ensure consistent and comprehensive record of initiatives.
  • Provide key strategic partnership and guidance to product (MaaS) and other cross functional teams within Oddle.
  • Engage in merchant client conversations, presentations of results, and consult internally with the Customer Success team to ensure the right design and execution of marketing initiatives as necessary.


Who you are:

  • 2 years of relevant experience, media/marketing measurement or analytics experience and general love of data.
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in marketing or a related quantitative field preferred.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Familiarity and knowledge of digital and online marketing methods, branding and performance marketing, including ad effectiveness measurement techniques.
  • Experience with advertising on Facebook, Google AdWords, Google Display Network and email marketing.  
  • Data analysis experience is beneficial.
  • Experience translating data into actionable insights for our merchants
  • Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly between supporting departments.
  • Singaporean applicants are preferred as this role requires an intermediate knowledge & experience of the local market
