iVinci Kids is a Singapore based Children's enrichment & education services enterprise. We offer programs for children enrichment in the field of Coding, Mental Maths & Brain Development in partnership with renowned Singapore & overseas partners.

Job Summary

We're looking for self-driven, motivated, diligent and pro-active candidates with pleasant personality to be part of our team as Admin Officer (Operations & Customer Service Representative).

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide customers a pleasant experience throughout the purchase process. The job scope includes:

• attending to customers

• handling enquiries on phone and email

As an Operations Officer, you will provide our colleagues consistent and reliable administrative support. The job scope includes:

• updating records, such as sales and expenses

• reconciliation of bills and bank statements

• scheduling class and make up classes

• maintaining sufficient office supplies

• assisting with general and miscellaneous administrative tasks

Part Time Job (Weekly upto 20 - 25 hours)

Weekdays - 2pm to 7pm, Weekends - 9am to 4pm (Location: Katong, East Singapore)

Requirements

Minimum qualification - At least O/A Level, Diploma or above in any field.

Good communication and interpersonal skills with fluent English. 

Prior experience in customers handling, admin / operational duties and must be proficient in MS Office.
