Customer Success Executive

We , here at Mobiversa assist payments and enable ideas so you can focus on the things that matter.

Responsibilities

  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
  • Walk customers through the process of installing the apps on their mobile device and sign up the apps for the first time.
  • Step by step guide on how to use the apps and additional feature.
  • Help customers troubleshoot issues they encounter while using the apps and provide actionable tips to resolve the problem.
  • Working with tech team if the problem is more serious.
  • Logging and keeping records of customer queries & technical problem.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

  • Fresh Graduate, age from 18 years old 
  • Have basic knowledge & experience in customer service
  • Able to communicate in Malay, English, Chinese or Tamil
  • Able to start immediately
  • Possess own transport & willing to trave

Salary

2000 - 2500 MYR
