Funded by Y Combinator and leading tech investors from Silicon Valley, Europe and Asia, we’re conquering a trillion dollar market in the most exciting region of the world.

Your responsibilities:

  • Be the sparring partner to the CEO for all strategic hiring and organisational growth decisions
  • Lead intelligence gathering on how to scale the organisation in line with growth. Work with the co-founders and hiring managers on definition of roles, scorecards and sourcing strategy
  • Lead the talent acquisition team to execute your search strategy and oversee hiring of junior roles
  • Build network to high profile candidates and personally conduct executive search for VPs/C-level/directors and other senior candidates
  • Lead pipeline building and succession planning
  • Implement best practice for hiring and interviewing across the entire organisation


  1. Experienced executive search consultant with >5yrs experience, an impressive rolodex to top candidates in tech/startups and/or logistics/ F&B, an outstanding track record for high profile placements and fast career progression within a top executive search firm
  2. Natural relationship builder and communicator
  3. Well articulated both written and spoken
  4. Team leader, experienced in leading (at least small) teams
  5. Biased to action + master in prioritising: you always focus on tackling the biggest challenge first (both short & long term) without getting distracted with nice-to-haves
