Admin cum Customer Coordinator

An Edutech Company in Singapore serving the educational scene in Asia. We provide customize IT solutions, HR solution and financial solutions to our clients. We are growing and need more young and competent individuals to join us and make an impact in the Educational Industry. 

Responsibilities

1. Performing Administrative Duties - Data Entry, Scheduling etc;

2. Communicate with both walk in and call in Customer;

3. Prepare monthly reports, customer requests required by Management;

4. Answerable to the Centre Manager.

 

Requirements

1. Proficient in English Speaking, ability in Chinese Speaking is a plus;

2. Able to work independantly and as a team;

3. Competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision;

4. Able to work on Saturdays;

5. Locals, Singapore PR and Malaysians are Welcome!

Salary

1800 - 2200 SGD
