Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Be customers’ best friend and make their day.
  • Answering queries over the phone, email, Line, Facebook, Instagram…
  • Collect data about customer happiness, help analyse customer segments and behaviour, support building a tailored user experience.
  • Work closely with our operations and kitchen crew to perform last minute miracles.

Requirements

You Are

  • Extrovert personality: you love speaking to people and help them resolve any issues and enquiries
  • You speak Thai & English
  • Forward thinking and action-taker: you anticipate potential problems and prevent them before they occur
  • Empathetic but resilient: You deeply care about customers but always remain calm
  • Work well under pressure: “Hangry” came into existence for a reason. You will prevent or diffuse customers from reaching this state.
