Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Manager will drive and manage new releases and launches with digital marketing campaigns through a proactive, data-driven approach. In this role, you will translate marketing objectives into digital tactics, aimed at increasing awareness, adoption, and leads for the launch team. You will take a test and learn approach to your daily work, regularly experiment with new channels and campaign approaches, and optimize ongoing programs through content, reporting, and deep analysis. 
The ideal candidate has a track record of success in email marketing, campaign management and lead generation, and is very metrics-oriented, capable of interpreting complex reports, and translating the results into future campaign actions. The right candidate has strong communication and project management skills and is comfortable with planning and executing on various stages of digital marketing programs; demonstrated experience working effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure entrepreneurial environment with a strong desire to roll up your sleeves; and proven experience managing priorities and working effectively across a number of internal stakeholders.

  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
  • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
  • Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  • Managing the redesign of the company website.
  • Drive content strategy, datasheets, web, whitepapers etc.
  • Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

 

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
