Customer Service Supervisor/Manager

Rocket Internet is looking for Customer Service Managers/Supervisors to make Helpling a household name in Singapore! Helpling is an online marketplace that facilitates the connection of people who want to clean homes with people who want their homes cleaned. We are active in more than 150 cities in nine countries around the globe where we serve thousands of customers every day.

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to higher management, the candidate is in charge of

  • Identify pertinent current and future issues to resolve
  • Analyze and provide optimizations to processes
  • Handle escalated cases
  • Work with data to optimize performance
  • Motivate team members
  • Work with management to set and exceed KPIs

Requirements

Based in KL

Strong command of spoken and written English

Self-motivated individual with creativity and initiative as key traits

Minimum experience of 1 year in Customer Service

Remuneration will be structured based on prior experience.

 

Salary

3000 - 6000 MYR
