Customer Success Representative

Plato is Singapore's most popular cloud CMS/EMR - we make it easy for doctors to run their medical practice by simplifying medical billing and record keeping. By automating their work, Plato gives doctors and staff more time with patients. By working at Plato, you will be a critical part of improving Singapore's healthcare landscape. 



Your role is to be a teacher and coach to clinics using Plato. You'll set them up for success as they start using Plato, answer day to day questions, and introduce new and exciting features to them. 

If you're a people person and a good communicator, you'll enjoy being a Customer Success Representative. Some days will be spent out and about with customers, helping them learn the software and automate their work. Other days will be spent on remote support, over call and email. Finally, you'll help update and improve our help guide and manuals. 

If you enjoy teaching and like meeting new people, this role will be very rewarding! 

  • Understand all of Plato's offerings fully: Are you great at learning a new product end-to-end in a short period of time? Do you have a strong understanding of UI/UX?  Once you know the product fully, we'll ask you to be our eyes and ears with the customers. 
  • Training end users: Have you ever done coaching/teaching before, and do you enjoy it? 
  • Building resources: Can you write a recipe or create a clear set of instructions for someone else? Do you enjoy teaching via a written or video medium?
  • Troubleshooting: Can you quickly help someone who's in a fix, on the spot?


  • Do you enjoy working with people? If you are a people person, this role will make you happy. Our customers are really expressive :)
  • Love of technology. Do you pick up new apps/products, play with them, and learn them quickly? Are you curious? Do you have opinions about UI/UX?
  • Excellent spoken communication skills. Are you great at teaching processes to other people? Are you an active listener?
  • Ideally: experience in customer service/customer success. If you've worked in customer service or customer success before, then we want to meet you.
  • Strong communication skills. Do you enjoy teaching new skills or tools to other people? Are you great at it?
  • Any diploma or degree.
  • Work experience in SaaS. Have you ever provided support for a technical product before? Have you worked with a SaaS company?
