Campaign Specialist

Yoodo, Malaysia’s newest mobile brand, was launched as the country’s first truly customisable digital mobile service. Built on the premise that the customer knows best, Yoodo brings to market a new and comprehensive mobile offering that gives customers the ultimate choice and control over their plans while delivering simple, clear and engaging customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Introduce best practices, drive initiatives, deliver and monitor campaigns for mobile subscribers while considering the importance of Branding, Products and Customer Experience.
  • Responsible for planning, delivering, monitoring, and enhancing marketing programmes in line with business objectives.
  • Translates go-to-market strategies and identified opportunities into actionable and measurable marketing programmes, using all elements of the marketing mix (e.g. direct communication via email, social media, app notification and all relevant digital marketing platform).
  • Ensures campaigns are executed on-time, accurately and successfully at the same time ensures consistent marketing programmes to drive customer interest and demand.
  • Proactively monitors campaign impact, effectiveness, and market penetration rates to formulate recommendations to improve results including testing of new marketing initiatives to improve results. Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web/app analysis and evaluation of KPIs
  • Managing internal stakeholders such as proposition development and digital readiness to deliver messaging for products and services, which forms the foundation of all online marketing campaigns.
  • A challenging combination, but campaign managers need to be good with words and numbers. You will need to acquire data and use it to target selected groups, as well as analyze the success or otherwise of campaigns. This includes Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
  • To fully embrace the agile methodology by having smart interactions within the cross functional team to solve business and commercial issues. Propose resolutions and ensure formulations are in line with the overall campaign goals, particularly optimize the retention of existing customers and boosting new customers

Requirements

  • Passionate about Technology, Disruptive models, Organizational culture, Marketing including Customer Experience.
  • An exceptional degree of cross-functional expertise, cultural sensitivity and vision towards building seamless digital experiences in Malaysia.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing or business administration, or in a related field
  • Team oriented and can work across all levels of management, teams, and disciplines
  • Experience with direct response and brand marketing, data and technology solutions, advertising technology, and partnerships
  • Min. 3 -5 years’ experience in campaign execution
  • In depth understanding of digital services and the telco business is an added advantage
