Retail Operations Manager

Ensure smooth operations of the retail operations services with daily scheduling, reporting and related back office tasks.


About the position:

The Retail Operations Manager is in charge of the following:

  • Prepare and Schedule visits for merchandisers and mystery shoppers.

  • Coordinate with our team of merchandisers and with our partners in various countries in Asia.

  • Control and check the quality of the visits reports.

  • Prepare or check reports for our clients.

  • Assist in identifying additional partners in other countries.

  • Other retail operations tasks as may be required.

The position is Singapore-based and may require occasional travel in the region.




  • Reliable.

  • Very organised and attention to details.

  • Hard working and able to work under little supervision.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office softwares: Powerpoint, Excel and Word

  • A previous experience in retail would be a plus.

  • A knowledge of other Asian languages would be a plus.
