We’re looking for an extraordinary Performance Marketing Specialist to drive commercial performance through Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Social Media Marketing (SMM). Based in our Kuala Lumpur office, you'll be joining a dynamic team with bold goals and lean experiment-driven marketing processes.

You will report directly to the Marketing & Content Manager.



As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will:

  • Develop and implement PPC and ad campaigns based on acquisition goals and conversion targets
  • Work with the content team to implement effective English & Malay language PPC and ad campaigns
  • Identify better targeting methodologies and build various acquisition channels in order to capture more qualified leads from our target audience
  • Continually review bid optimization, creative and keyword development strategies
  • Track, report, and analyze data on all acquisition campaigns
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations on how to improve performance for these channels
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to push volumes and improve ROI
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
  • Keeping updated with industry trends and applies these trends in informing the team’s strategies
  • Own the internal attribution model and play a leading role in’s growth!


To join our team, you should have:

  • Google certification and/or Facebook Blueprint Certification
  • Language profiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Working knowledge and a proven, successful history of metrics driven (performance) marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • A strong grasp of Web Analytics, A/B Testing, and metrics such as CPL, CPA, CPC, CPM, ARPU and LTV
  • A genuine interest and passion for marketing, and must demonstrate strategic, quantitative, analytical, and reporting skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, with the ability to identify and resolve problems
