This is a peer-to-peer system which work similarly to Airbnb and Uber. Our platform is going to differ ourselves from the current players by aiming Mass Market! It will be an exact Uber version of home-cooked dinner.

For mass market, local foodies and online tourists, they will be able to taste the authentic local home-cook foods instead of spending big cash in restaurants.

For us, we will be the marketing and data platforms for our esteemed chefs and make sure you gain as much market visibility as you could. We will always provide much more benefits, training and supports to home chefs.


Order Fulfillment
To ensure customers receive their correct orders in good condition and on schedule.


  • In a timely manner pull and get the updates sales from merchandise (homechef) from system and sales floor to fulfill eCommerce Orders by using order reports downloaded from admin system.
  • Arrangement of delivery job to deliver from service provider with providing necessary details.  
  • Optimized and arrange the route for delivery based on area, cost, quantity, size and type of food.
  • Operate computer system to complete the pull of orders and print shipping labels (for consignment products)
  • Troubleshoot and problem solve when necessary (Customer services).
  • To ensure and increase the level of customer experience.
  • Maintain knowledge of the sales floor and departments.
  • Assist the Head of Business for daily operation tasks. 

Merchant Relationship Management
To ensure merchants are onboard with clear picture of our system usage

  • To create plans and assist all merchants on their on-boarding to our platform and system usage
  • To assist all merchants when they faced issues or doubts with our platform


  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills (clear and concise)
  • Willingness to consult multiple resources to obtain answers
  • Multi-task efficiency
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Retail experience is a plus
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Must have own transport
