For this role, we are looking for someone who is meticulous, have a strong sense of responsibility, who loves working with numbers and have some sort of OCD to ensure all the number are in place. You role is key to put things in place and so we can better strategise for growth.



  • Verifying invoices, claims, and expenses

  • Process payments for vendor and staff reimbursements

  • Accurately and timely recording of expenses and payments into QuickBooks

  • Reconciliation of input GST against submissions

  • Monthly statement reconciliation

  • Ensuring all invoices are paid on time and reducing bad debts

  • Manages order fulfillment and delivery

  • Other ad-hoc tasks as requested




  • At least 1 year of relevant experience

  • Candidate must be responsible, meticulous and like working in a fast-paced environment

  • Minimum Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance
