Customer Success Manager

AddedSport is a leading sports, event, and athlete management firm in Asia. Based in Singapore (with a presence in China, India, and the Philippines) and founded in 2013, we strive to develop the overall landscape of sports, events, and athletes in the Asian region – with an emphasis on Golf, Tennis, Squash, Swimming, Soccer, and Track and Field.

Our key activities include U.S. college athletics recruitment, player development, event management, and athlete representation. With our network of local experts in 4 countries, we are dedicated to deliver innovative solutions to our clients.

AddedSport is looking for Associate Consultant with the ability to connect and communicate, motivate and encourage youthful athletes.  We are looking for

Currently our business needs are focused on US college recruitment services, summer tour initiatives and building university showcase events for tennis and golf. AddedSport is looking for a Customer Success Manager, who is an integral part of our Marketing Team and is completely focussed on the Customer Experience with AddedSport

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Client Focused

  • Building and maintaining relationships not sales, with current clients and prior clients that have been successful
  • Work closely with other AddedSport consultants to provide support for client success requirements and towards the completion of relationship, increase engagement with client
  • To coordinate with partners / vendors to ensure all dependencies to or from AddedSport are being met – the overall relationships are being nurtured and continuously managed

Marketing

  • Understanding how to use client successes as a marketing tool for our future sales
  • Providing clear action steps on how to collect as much client satisfaction and deliver the same experiences to prospective clients
  • Building long-term relationships with every partner/client/vendor/college coach to ensure the world is speaking well of AddedSport
  • Provide active support for the frontline team with social media planning and campaigns
  • Being able to have very critical thinking skills on how to use standard customer success marketing tools to develop 

Requirements

 

Required Skills and Educational Qualifications

  • You should have the passion and the motivation to work in the sports industry. The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A good Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed university (India, Singapore, UK, USA or Australia)
  • Athletic approach – having played a sport (for a multitude of them) for your school, university or at a professional level is a must
  • Exceptional communication skills - writing, interviewing and research skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
  • Almost a superhuman attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines, producing high quality work and projecting a positive attitude
