Customer Service Executive is Malaysia's #1 platform for Home Improvement Services, as well as other Home and Events related services.

We began our operations in mid-2014, providing listings for thousands of recommended services in Malaysia. Today, we help customers find great recommendations based on their specific project requirements.

From home improvement, to events, to weddings, customers can tell us the details of their project, and we will find recommended professionals to respond with a cost estimate.

We've built a great community of service professionals that get lots of jobs from us, as well as a great customer community who place their utmost faith in our recommendations.

But we're not done yet.

We are looking for the right people to join our team and help us grow in Malaysia, as well as throughout the region. We need problem solvers, fast thinkers and go-getters who want adventure, not just a career.


  1. Serve and process customers who have put in a request into our system, or who have registered interest over social media channels.
  2. Call-back and follow-up with customers whose requests are unclear
  3. Contact service professionals to ensure that each customer has the sufficient number of quotations or options
  4. Maximise the number of jobs that are successfully matched or completed
  5. Call customers to gather feedback on service professionals' performance


  1. Must possess at least a SPM/ Diploma/ Degree in any field
  2. Must possess at least 1 year of working experience in call centre/ customer service/ front desk experience
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and detail-oriented
  4. Customer oriented and pleasant personality
  5. Strong oral and written communication with good interpersonal skills
  6. Team player and able to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
  7. Malaysia citizen only
