Corporate Account Manager

Corporate Account Manager at foodpanda is the face of the company and an important asset in the team. As a passionate, sales driven individual you will work independently to bring onboard new corporate accounts to ensure the growth of our B2B business.

We are looking for a rockstar Corporate Account Manager who is able to increase the corporate portfolio engaging with new corporations and signing foodpanda as an official supplier or partner for their office food needs.

  • Generating new clientele leads, ability to conduct cold calls, schedule in person meetings and promote foodpanda Corporate services to companies in Malaysia
  • Responsible for B2B growth in corporate services for foodpanda Malaysia
  • Onboarding B2B clients and handling all aspects of daily management of corporate accounts
  • Experience in B2B sales, interested in food and beverages industry with a desire to acquire new companies on the corporate platform
  • Exceed sales targets & performance based goals while being able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Manage a portfolio of existing corporate accounts. Meet or exceed goals for account retention, development and maintenance
  • Be the local market expert: gather companies’ feedback, monitor competitor activity and provide recommendations for improvements to management
  • Assists in the facilitation and execution of corporate platform training
  • Reports and works closely with the MD on increasing sales coverage for corporate customers
  • Manage a team of 4, including Customer Corporate Care Executives and Junior Corporate Executives
  • Activate new partnerships to market the value of the company’s offering to corporates in Malaysia
  • Achieve maximum targets in the period given by the management team
  • Performs additional responsibilities as requested, in line with management strategies and goals
  • Responsible for the coordination of Corporate sales systems and and integration
  • Prior experience in Salesforce is a plus, but not required

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • You have at least 2 years of work experience in e-commerce or start ups
  • Strong management skills: manage and motivate your team in the field.
  • Flexibility, restaurants do not always operate on 9-to-5 schedules
  • Outgoing and confident in their appearance
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and under pressure
  • You are very proactive and could lead independent projects
  • Excellent English skills complete your profile
  • You are an ‘out-of-the box’ thinker and want to always challenge the status quo
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
