With the rapid growth of our team, we are looking for someone with a creative mind that is able to communicate key messages to the target audience.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at TransferFriend, you should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.  You will also have to be able to work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Your tasks will include, but might not be limited to:

  • Plan and manage company website, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Manage and improvement of usability, design, content and conversion of the company website.
  • Start-up, development and management of social media presence across all digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.. )
  • Design and manage content to promote brand-focuses messages for website and social media platforms.
  • Manage, monitor, tract, analyse and report on campaign effectiveness
  • Plan and deliver customer engagement strategies through social media including response to all social enquiries and feedback.
  • Brainstorming ideas and research to help develop marketing strategies and assist in related ad hoc duties.
  • Able to manage and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google AdWords and Facebook Ad Campaigns
  • Able to identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on insights accordingly
  • Able to analyse campaign performance through Google Analytics
  • Monitor and assess competitor strategies
  • Manage and perform daily account responsibility associated with Search Marketing platform & social media platform


Skills/requirements you would need to possess

  • A Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing/Multimedia Management/Social Media/Advertising/Media/Mass Communications or equivalent.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Knowledge of principles and procedures of social media and digital marketing are a plus.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing / online marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, SEM, SMO, marketing database, email and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development and SEO
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
