Assistant Product Manager, Digital

Cambrian Ventures is a business model innovator in digital healthcare, interactive advertising and eCommerce. We are looking for founding team members across business and tech. We are currently recruiting for a listed retailer. 

Responsibilities

1.       Develop product roadmap and translate ongoing customer research insights into functional documents for the enhancements of content-lead website, eCommerce and internal digital products.

2.       Work with the technical team, UI UX team, CRM team, Business, IT and Operations to launch digital products and feature refinements through agile methodology to meet business objectives. This include integrations across CRM, ERP and other systems.

3.       Design wireframes during the early development phase of each project; define test scenarios and perform UAT while maintaining issues log during the pre-launch phase.

4.       Manage products including trafficking digital assets, information and data between teams to ensure full operability of assigned digital products from customer interaction online through to fulfilment and service recovery.

5.       Continually monitor digital and usage analytics to identify painpoints or design new value propositions to increase Customer Lifetime Value while decreasing Cost-of-Acquisition.

Be involved in other digital transformation initiatives including but not limited to digital marketing, marketing automation, data analytics, operations design and new digital products. 

Requirements

·       At least 2 years of digital product management experience within a sizeable digital media or eCommerce operation, or project management experience in a software development agency.

·       At least 2 years of experience as a product lead rolling out new products or refinements working alongside a technical team and a UX UI team.

·       Completed at least 2 rounds of new product development and launches, from design thinking, to designing wireframes, to writing functional specifications, managing software development and eventual managing operations.

·       Good understanding of software development, data architecture, process re-engineering, emerging technologies, customer experience design and digital marketing.

·       Some experience in digital marketing.

·       A high level of resourcefulness and an orientation for outcome is required for this role.

·       Experience working in cross functional and multi-cultural teams preferred.

·       Experience in consulting preferred.

·       Degree, minor or training in Computer Science or Business IT preferred.

·       Passionate about technology, digital, consumer products and retail.

·       Based in Singapore. Occasional travel may be required.

·       6-month contract convertible to a 1-year contract or a permanent role depending on business needs.
