Admin Executive

SmartPeep is a Med-tech startup that brings Artificial Intelligence together with human care to reduce falls. We develop an AI monitoring system that raises automatic alert to notify caregivers when a fall is detected or predicted. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives

Handle full cycle of recruitment process (screening, interviewing, employment, and on-boarding)

Preparation of HR documents (employment contracts, confirmation, promotion and etc)

Manage payroll, leave records and claims


At least 2 years of HR experience

Experience in set-up environment will be an added advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites; Knowledge in Xero software system is a plus

Ability to manage interpersonal relationships with all levels

Able to work independently
