Customer Happiness Executive (Customer Service)

Vape Vandal is the #1 destination for Malaysia e-cigarette products. Established in 2015, we have served over 80 countries, covering mostly developed countries. We cover retail and wholesale customers.

The team consists of young and energetic people. Despite a thriving business, we still operate lean and it's typical that our staff holds more than one role or are involved in another business at the same time. We've seen our members grow rapidly in their career as a result of this.

We are still growing and constantly seeking out like-minded people to join us.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer service and inquiries from various online channels, with enquiries from mostly developed countries.
  • Communicating with the team findings and feedback from customers.
  • Assist in various daily/weekly operational tasks as and when needed.
  • Communicate with external parties (suppliers, etc.) where necessary
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks, as and when needed. Topics cover from social media, viability studies, product sourcing, etc.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year in customer service experience preferred, although not necessary
  • Proficient in English: most of our customers are from developed countries
  • Hungry and performance driven: able to cope in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Problem solving skills: able to think on your feet
  • Fast learner: various ad hoc tasks require fast learning skills
  • Bonus: Microsoft Excel skills

Salary

2500 - 4000 MYR
