Responsibilities

• Scheduling staff working hours
• Troubleshoot emergencies
• Dealing with customer and handling complains
• Ensuring excellent customer service
• Report to Director, often collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure the success of the company.
• Keeping the office clean and organised.
