Responsibilities

We are looking for a Marketing Head with strong digital experience to join our cause and be part of our positive movement in empowering people in Asia to live healthier! Whilst digital marketing will be a big part of your role, you will be involved in 360 holistic marketing overall to drive customer acquisitions.

  • To plan marketing and branding objectives, ie. advertising, promotions, and marketing initiatives for PurelyB brand, content as well as our health programmes to generate interest and take-up amongst consumers and partners.
  • You will lead and execture the planning and implementation  of marketing campaigns and strategies for Health Programme product launches at PurelyB (e.g. https://purelyb.teachable.com/p/nourish-heal-glow)  ---> Across paid, owned & earned digital media channels as well as offline channels (e.g. partners, events..etc)
  • Prepare marketing reports, analyze market trends and data insights to improve customer acquistion and retention strategies 
  •  Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams (content, tech etc) to ensure successful marketing & product launch campaign implementations and outcomes 

KPIs: Customer Acquisition, Customer Engagement & Retention, Health Programme Sales Revenue & growth

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should have a strong capacity for developing high quality and high growth marketing plans and workflows to deliver the company's goals and objectives.

Beneficial skillsets & capabilities include:

  • Interest or passion in health and wellness (be it nutrition, fitness, wellness, mindfulness)
  • Experience of using web traffic, digital marketing, social media marketing and behavioural analytics tools to produce reports 
  • Experience in performance marketing, re-marketing and re-targeting digital ads.
  • A strategic thinker with ability to interact with stakeholders at a variety of levels and across functions, who can manage client expectations to ensure objectives are met
  • Self-motivated, flexible and proactive attitude
  • Strong organisational skills including the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
