TransferFriend’s mission is to significantly reduce the cost of cross-border money transfer, which among the lowest in the market, remittances and educate people on money matters in ASEAN. As a Strategic Partnerships Manager at TransferFriend, you will be responsible in identifying opportunities for new alliances, enhances quality of customer service, and develops strategies for raising revenue.  The Strategic Partnerships Manager will also work closely with our internal marketing team to hit aggressive performance targets and minimize marketing budget for TransferFriend.

Ultimately, you need to be an effective communicator who thinks strategically, writes concisely, speaks easily to large and small groups and is a coalition builder.

Task Responsibilities:

·         Identify and prioritize partnership/alliance opportunities in multiple business channels connected to our service

·         Drive significant revenue for the business from partners via creative lead generation and assist with marketing to initiate repeatable go to market programs 

·         Development of appropriate long term corporate development plans by performing and/or coordinating analysis of the external strategic environment and relevant internal strategic considerations.

·         Identify, analyze and assess investment and business opportunities consistent with long-term strategy and corporate development plans, including detailed analysis of business drivers, creation of business cases and preparation of financial valuation models.

·         Analyze the market with trends, conducting value chain and industry analysis (drivers, players, competitive strategies, etc.) for identifying competitive advantages.

·         Preparing recommendations and developing business cases regarding potential investments and other strategic initiatives to the C-suite, Management committee and Board of Directors.

·         Execute the long-term strategies, including all phases of project and transaction work (e.g. origination, evaluation, negotiation, diligence, integration, etc.).

·         Lead (or assist) corporate development projects (e.g, in-organic growth, new market entry, partnerships, joint ventures, acquisitions, etc.) by understanding investor's expectations and meeting the business growth strategies.

·         Work as a direct representative to potential customers identified in the initiative 

·         Represent TransferFriend at any business conference + partner meetings

·         Maintains customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential and secure 

Requirements

Essential Skills/requirements:

 

·         Min 5 years experiences in Business Development /Alliances experiences/Marketing or related field

·         Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred

·         Experience in establishing nurturing relationships with third parties

·         Ability to be detailed oriented while seeing trends, themes and macro-impacts

·         Thorough understanding of basic traditional and digital marketing tactics

·         Experience in negotiating contracts 

·         Strong in critical thinking, business acumen, analytical skills, financial modeling and communication skills.

·         Skilled with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
