Digital Content Strategist

TripZilla is Southeast Asia’s leading digital travel media company reaching over 25 million travellers monthly.

We are looking for a Digital Content Strategist that, in more ways than one, will be required to manage and take ownership of client campaigns from start to end. This involves coming up with ideation strategies, going for pitching sessions with clients, overseeing the production of entitlements, as well as monitoring and optimising the results if necessary. You will also be involved in the reporting of results to clients and assisting with any analysis of key findings as required. A good command of the English language is a must and strong editing skills are a bonus. You will be meeting clients and should thus be sociable and presentable. We work with a large variety of clients that range from tourism boards and airlines to attractions and hotels. You will get the chance to interact with multiple people from the industry, as well as hone your ability to adapt your approach or tone of voice to different brands.   • Be responsible for, and oversee, client campaigns on a daily basis
  • Strategise and churn out creative and feasible ideas

  • Meet clients during pitching sessions to succinctly present proposed campaign direction

  • Demonstrate an ability to understand client briefs clearly

  • Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth execution of campaign entitlements

  • Editing of paid entitlements (not mandatory but would be a definite bonus)

  • Assist with monitoring of campaign statistics and take prompt action should any entitlement not be delivering

  • Oversee and implement optimisation strategies while ensuring optimal use of marketing budget

  • Analyse campaigns and provide analytic insights

  • Conduct market research on what works and what doesn’t
