Customer Care Executives (Shift)

Responsibilities

Job Description:

We are looking for a customer-oriented representative to act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure Customer Care Standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

The Job:

  • Liaison between the company and the clients in North America.
  • Seek to deliver a “Wow-with-Service”.
  • Use clear judgment and critical thinking when assisting clients via phone, live chats and emails.
  • On-the-job training will be provided.

Requirements

The Person:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Working experience in Call Centers, Telesales environments, customer service environments, hospitality or Creative/ Advertising companies will be an added advantage.
  • Have a passion for cold-calling, telemarketing, business development and customer service.
  • Self-confident, strong initiative and an ability to interact with all types of people.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage stress and work under pressure.
  • High adaptability and make smart decisions quickly.
  • Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Experience in coaching and to extend support to team members.
  • Must be internet savvy.
  • Excellent communication skills, good customer service demeanor and speak with an American/British/Australian are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be able to work the night shift, 5 days a week with 2 days off.
