Junior Customer Service

We hire ambitious people to take senior roles in startups. We give the idea, we provide the support, guidance, and mentoring. And then those hires just need to deliver.

Our team of 50 consists of two Oxford graduates, an Imperial College London graduate, a Reading University graduate and qualified lawyer, a Melbourne University PhD student who dropped out to pursue an opportunity with us, and a commercial pilot who gave up his career to join us.

Our senior management consists of an ex-PriceWaterhouseCoopers Chartered Accountant, and a former Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse Vice President.

Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Receive inbound calls from customers
  • Perform outbound calls to customers, technicians, and suppliers
  • Schedule management for job bookings
  • Ensure sales and bookings are won at point of contact
  • Manage & resolve technician issues
  • Professional call etiquette
  • Attend to online sales and request channels

Requirements

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Professional & clear communication
  • Must be able to work on weekends. 5 days work week
  • Shift allowance provided
  • Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Any other additional language will be an advantage

Salary

1800 - 2500 MYR
